Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, supporting the executive team in scaling the organization and ensuring flawless execution of company priorities. This role sits at the center of strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and organizational efficiency—bridging the CEO’s vision with operational delivery across global regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Operations: Partner closely with the CEO to manage high-priority initiatives, board materials, and strategic communications, ensuring alignment across business units and leadership.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between regional and functional leaders to ensure consistency in execution, goal tracking, and performance delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational frameworks, KPIs, and processes that enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability across teams.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level, helping to anticipate challenges and drive growth.
- Leadership Enablement: Support senior leadership with planning, resource alignment, and follow-through on key company objectives and global initiatives.
- Confidential Partner: Manage sensitive information and communications with discretion and integrity, acting as a trusted confidant to the CEO and leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in an operational or Chief of Staff capacity within a high-growth technology, media, or advertising organization.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, global initiatives and navigate cross-cultural business environments.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
