SVP of Product – CTV & AI-Driven AdTech Platform (Executive Leadership)

Location: New York preferred (United States)

A high-growth, global marketing technology company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to lead its product organization through a new era of innovation, AI automation, and cross-platform growth.

This is a highly visible, executive-level role—ideal for a strategic yet hands-on product leader with deep expertise in ad tech, AI/ML-driven media, and CTV. The SVP will own the global product vision, scale the product team, and define the roadmap for a multi-platform ecosystem used by some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

What You’ll Own

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define the north-star product vision across CTV, YouTube, paid social, and emerging digital environments
  • Translate corporate priorities—revenue growth, client value, efficiency, and differentiation—into actionable product plans
  • Anticipate industry shifts in automation, contextual intelligence, predictive optimization, and generative workflows

Cross-Platform Leadership

  • Own the full product lifecycle across AI-driven optimization, brand safety/suitability, and automated campaign management
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and usability across global markets
  • Deliver next-gen solutions such as agent-based bid strategies, predictive outcome models, and GenAI-powered workflows

Build & Scale the Product Organization

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global product team
  • Establish frameworks for prioritization, delivery, and measurement
  • Build talent pipelines and develop PMs across all levels

Executive & Client Impact

  • Act as a key member of the leadership team, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Marketing
  • Partner with GTM leaders to commercialize new products and ensure client adoption
  • Represent the product vision externally with enterprise clients and industry partners

Governance & Responsible AI

  • Champion ethical AI, compliance, and measurement standards
  • Partner with measurement and safety organizations to set industry benchmarks
  • Establish KPIs for model accuracy, client outcomes, and revenue contribution

Ideal Background

  • 15+ years in product management, including 7+ years in executive leadership
  • Deep domain expertise in ad tech, martech, or AI/ML-powered digital media ecosystems
  • Proven success managing large product portfolios and scaling global product teams
  • Experience in CTV/OTT, contextual intelligence, measurement, or optimization platforms
  • Able to influence at the C-suite and Board level with strong business and technical depth
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovation-first environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, leadership offsites, and industry events
