A fast-growing AI marketing SaaS startup is hiring an Account Lead, Agency Growth to build and expand strategic partnerships across holding companies, large agencies, and enterprise brands. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels at consultative enterprise relationships and understands how agencies adopt emerging marketing technology.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, influence platform adoption, and drive measurable business outcomes for some of the world’s largest brands and agency networks—while shaping how AI transforms marketing.
What You’ll Lead
- Own and grow key agency relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic consultant
- Develop and execute account plans that drive usage, retention, and expansion
- Advise agencies on AI marketing adoption and integrate the platform into client workflows and campaign delivery
- Build strong relationships with agency account teams, partnerships teams, and centers of excellence
- Surface insights and best practices, creating case studies that highlight platform value and impact
- Track account health, product usage, and client satisfaction to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence roadmap, product enhancements, and client success
- Lead renewal cycles and negotiate expansions and upsells
What Will Set You Up for Success
- 5+ years in enterprise account management within digital advertising, SaaS, or marketing technology
- Proven experience working with global agencies or Fortune 500 brands
- Strong communicator able to influence senior stakeholders, including C-level
- Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into client-focused business outcomes
- Skilled at analyzing customer data and turning insights into action
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Thrives in fast-moving startup environments—comfortable operating with autonomy
- High energy, proactive, and bias toward action
