Our client is a marketing platform for AI helping global Marketing teams gain visibility and influence over the new era of artificial intelligence by building a platform that helps brands engage consumers on this new AI channel, with powerful enterprise tools to manage how brands are represented across AI.
Backed by a group of Martech industry veterans with proven success building foundational ad-tech platforms, they are seeking a seasoned and ambitious leader to build its initial go-to-market strategy and execution. The Head of Enterprise will be responsible for go-to-market planning, execution, sales leadership, and top-line revenue growth, and is a dynamic role at the forefront of AI marketing technology with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.
About you:
- You are an ad tech/Martech professional with a deep understanding of enterprise brand sales with proven success building and leading early-stage sales organizations
- Familiarity with AI concepts and deep understanding of data concepts
- Deep enterprise experience with complex sales cycles at high ACVs and an understanding of selling Martech solutions to brands.
- The ability to initially operate as an individual contributor to rapidly achieve exceptional results with the trajectory of building, scaling, and leading a highly successful sales team.

Compensation Range:
$200K-$250K base salary / $400-$500K OTE
