The Role

The Senior Director of Sales will be instrumental in driving revenue, expanding the client base, and strengthening long-term partnerships. This role requires a sales leader with a strong track record of opening enterprise accounts, executing “land and expand” growth strategies, and successfully introducing SaaS products that may not yet have broad market recognition.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

✅ Identify and engage key decision-makers at direct brands, creative agencies, and media planning/buying firms.

✅ Build and grow relationships within enterprise accounts using a consultative, long-term approach.

✅ Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.

✅ Keep a pulse on industry trends, providing insights that help position the company’s offerings effectively.

✅ Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, leveraging CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Experience: 7-10+ years in sales leadership roles within SaaS, consumer research, advertising, or data analytics.

🔹 Track Record: Demonstrated success in opening large client accounts and expanding existing business relationships.

🔹 Sales Expertise: Strong ability to drive sales strategy, negotiate deals, and close high-value contracts.

🔹 Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing, research, and advertising technology trends.

🔹 Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

🔹 Personality: Self-motivated, independent, and an excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Work Environment

💰 Salary Range: $150K – $180K base, depending on location and experience.

🏢 Work Setup: NYC-based candidates preferred (hybrid schedule, 3 days in-office). Fully remote candidates will also be considered.
