Our client is a leading provider of customer service solutions, helping enterprises connect seamlessly with their clients. As it continues to expand, the organization is looking for a strong Head of Sales to lead and manage the sales team in the US, focusing on driving new business and revenue growth for the company. You will be tasked with creating and implementing a sales strategy, building relationships with key customers, and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing.

 

Responsibilities:

•        Create and execute a sales plan for North America that supports the company’s broader objectives. 

•        Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities. 

•        Work closely with teams across the organization, including marketing and product management, to ensure alignment with overall business strategies. 

•        Review sales data and performance metrics to uncover trends and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. 

•        Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up. 

•        Oversee the sales cycle from start to finish, including crafting proposals, leading negotiations, and finalizing contracts. 

•        Lead the sales team in Switzerland, setting clear performance goals and offering continuous coaching and support. 

•        Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings and the competitive market environment.

 

Qualifications:

•        Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving growth targets. 

•        5+ years of relevant sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 

•        Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

•        Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with expertise in developing and executing effective sales strategies. 

•        Exceptional leadership and management skills, able to motivate and coach teams to success. 

•        Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 

•        Deep understanding of the company’s products, including key features and benefits. 

•        Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to improve the sales process. 

•        Ability to build lasting relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
