Position Summary

We are looking for highly driven sales executives with a proven record in hunting and securing new 7-figure clients in the highly competitive enterprise space. This is a pure new business role where you will identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts, particularly those interested in LLMs and generative AI applications like fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). You will drive Innodata’s growth by creating new relationships and establishing partnerships with large organizations ready to innovate with AI.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new 7-figure enterprise accounts. Develop strategic approaches to penetrate top-tier organizations and align Innodata’s offerings with their needs.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of target accounts, leveraging industry knowledge to identify opportunities aligned with our AI solutions, especially in LLMs, generative AI, fine-tuning, and RLHF.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate closely with the VP of Enterprise Sales to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and achieves revenue targets.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI, specifically in LLMs and generative AI, to better understand customer pain points and identify new market opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Partner with pre-sales, product, and engineering teams to design customized solutions that address client needs in generative AI and data engineering.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with new clients, focusing on strategic partnerships and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on selling AI, ML, or data-centric solutions. Proven track record of closing 7-figure enterprise deals.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI use cases, fine-tuning, and RLHF. Ability to articulate complex AI concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Sales Skills: Highly skilled in strategic prospecting, value-based selling, and negotiation. Must have a hunter mindset with the ability to drive and close new business independently.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting to C-level executives and influencing decision-makers.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in AI, machine learning, or a related field is a plus.
