The Role

As the Yield Optimization & Partnerships Manager, reporting to the COO, you’ll analyze trends and optimize revenue across all properties, primarily focusing on maximizing advertising revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase ad revenue.
  • Collaborate with demand partners and SSPs to improve key metrics.
  • Utilize historical data for informed revenue-boosting solutions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve ad optimization issues.
  • Partner with the COO to explore new monetization opportunities.
  • Act as the team’s industry trends expert for yield optimization.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years AdOps experience, focusing on yield management and partnerships in programmatic publishing or SSPs.
  • Proficiency in programmatic advertising and header bidding technologies.
  • Experience managing interactions with SSPs and demand partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Google Looker Studio and openness to learning additional tools.

 

Compensation

  • Starting annual salary: $100,000 to $130,000, based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Individual performance and business needs may affect final pay.
  • Total compensation includes bonus and comprehensive benefits covering medical, financial, and other perks.
