Role: VP Growth

Location: New York, NY

Our client is seeking a seasoned VP of Growth to join their team
in NYC. This person will be responsible for one of the most
critical areas of the business – keeping the growth trajectory
and doing it profitably.

In this position, you will oversee one of the company’s most
expansive teams, spanning creative, media buying, retention, and
marketing analytics. You must be a dynamic leader capable of
motivating team members to excel and nurturing their professional
growth to become top performers. We seek a leader who embodies
exceptional intelligence, motivation, analytical acumen, and a
strong work ethic.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Leading everything related to new customer acquisition and
performance media and marketing including: media buying,
creative, user flows and landing pages, competitive landscape
analysis and building and managing strong relationships with
media partners.

· Developing acquisition strategies for new product launches
and expansion into new geographic markets

· Executing acquisition and retention initiatives through
email and SMS marketing channels

· Attracting top-tier talent to cultivate a robust team,
offering mentorship through a strong leadership presence

· Collaborating effectively with various teams, such as
Digital Product, New Product Development, Business Operations,
Brand Marketing, and others, to achieve shared objectives

· Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of
urgency and accountability to drive them to completion

· Upholding a steadfast dedication to excellence across all
operational streams
