Job Title: Digital Consumer Insights Researcher

Location: Remote in the US

Our client is devoted to delivering high-caliber journalism and groundbreaking marketing strategies delivering concrete results. As they continue to grow and evolve, they are seeking a talented Digital Consumer Insights Researcher to join their Business Intelligence Team.

As a Digital Consumer Insights Researcher, you’ll shape the team’s digital strategies, improve user experiences, and guide content creation. Your expertise in consumer insights will drive data-driven decisions through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Research Consumer Insights:

  • Lead research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and expectations in web, app, and online media platforms
  • Use various methodologies like surveys, interviews, and usability studies

Digital Product and Content Analysis:

  • Analyze user interactions with online content and digital products to identify areas for improvement and innovation
  • Offer insights for product development and content creation

Enhance the User Experience:

  • Collaborate with UX team to improve design and navigation
  • Apply insights for user-centric product development

Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Provide insights for strategic decision-making

Reporting and Data Visualization:

  • Create clear visualizations and reports for cross-functional teams
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal teams to align consumer insights with business objectives
  • Work with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and accuracy

Qualifications:

● A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in consumer insights research with a deep focus on web, app, and online media.

● Strong skills in data analysis and visualization

● Communication and presentation excellence

● Proficient in a variety of research methodologies, including survey design, usability studies, and user interviews

● Independent worker and team player within a dynamic online media environment

Base Salary Target $100 – 120k
