To support their continued success, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

Job Overview: As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving financial success. You will lead all financial functions and collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure sound financial management and sustainable growth. Core understanding within ad:tech includes contextual advertising, programmatic, viewability, managed service media delivery. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking AdTech company and contribute to our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with company objectives to drive growth and profitability. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to provide critical insights for informed decision-making.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, encompassing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, while maintaining compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

• Treasury Management & Risk Mitigation: Effectively manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies to optimize financial resources. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks and opportunities, including currency and market risks.

• Investor Relations & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and effectively communicating the company’s financial performance and strategic initiatives.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.

• Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration: Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Conduct due diligence and lead integration efforts to ensure seamless transitions.

• Financial Technology & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in financial tools and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

·      10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within the AdTech industry coming from a DSP, SSP, Exchange.

·      Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.

·      Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.

·      Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance.

·      Experience in managing financial technology and systems.

·      Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Compensation Range: $250-300k Base Salary
