PROBLEM:
Their legacy VP of Sales didn’t have the relationships, nor did they have a strong health care background. The position needed a real upgrade to someone that could not just manage sales but drive strategy and execution, including user acquisition in US and foreign markets. Sales as a stand-alone was not cutting it in today’s market.
The new Chief Commercial Officer position would report to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the company’s go to market strategy, market acquisition strategies, including revenue and sales growth, corporate branding, marketing, sales, and user acquisition operations.
The CCO must maximize the organization’s growth and profitability through the effective leadership of all sales, marketing, and market acquisition activities. This includes implementing potentially profitable short-term and long-term programs, and processes to optimize workflow and provide an advanced enterprise solution.
