As Innovid needed an RVP of Sales in the East Coast who could manage and mentor a team of sellers while acting as a consultant and relationship builder within the organization. A Regional VP of Sales for Innovid means someone who is connected and fully immersed in the digital video technology space with years of experience under their belt. Understanding the difficulties in hiring senior level sales talent, Innovid knew they would need assistance for their search.
