Our client is a publicly traded, multi-brand leader in the theme park and entertainment industry, operating a portfolio of well-known destination parks across the U.S. and internationally.

Our client is seeking a mobile-first Senior Product Manager, E-Commerce Products, to own all Admissions Products sold across web and native app — Tickets, Passes, and Upgrades — which represent the majority of digital revenue. This is an end-to-end, high-visibility role reporting to the VP of Product, balancing platform-wide consistency with brand- and park-specific needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Tickets, Passes, and Upgrades across all brands and parks
  • Establish, track, and optimize success metrics including conversion, average order value, and revenue per visit
  • Lead experimentation and optimization efforts — A/B testing, offer presentation, personalization
  • Translate complex business and operational needs into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps
  • Partner closely with the Cart & Checkout Product Manager for a seamless purchase funnel
  • Act as primary decision-maker and escalation point for your product area
  • Partner with Revenue Management and Marketing to launch new products, offers, and packaging strategies
  • Balance platform consistency with the flexibility required across diverse park types

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of Product Management experience in consumer e-commerce, with strong emphasis on Mobile Web and Apps
  • Track record owning revenue-critical products end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization
  • Strong understanding of pricing, packaging, merchandising, and offer optimization
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments with competing priorities
  • Deep experience using data to drive decisions — KPIs, experimentation, post-launch analysis
  • Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Experience with modern Agile/Lean product development methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
