Location: New York, NY (Hybrid — in-office 3 days per week)

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base + Bonus + Equity

Our client is an established B2B technology company serving major enterprise customers, with a strong reputation for delivering reliable, data-driven solutions to some of the largest brands in its industry.

What You'll Do

  • Own relationship management and retention for a portfolio of approximately 10–12 major enterprise accounts
  • Deliver high-touch, white-glove service — strategizing with clients on their business goals while identifying light upsell opportunities
  • Oversee client engagements end-to-end: kick-off, implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing
  • Build and maintain contact cadences including quarterly business reviews, regular office hours, feature update meetings, and client education sessions
  • Maintain a strategic account plan for top-tier clients, reviewing product usage, spend trends, and KPI performance monthly
  • Monitor industry and client-specific developments to proactively surface optimization and growth opportunities
  • Identify churn risk early and escalate through established internal processes, tracking competitive threats and engagement levels
  • Conduct monthly audits of your book of business, presenting to leadership by the 10th of the following month
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the company's internal systems, including reporting, marketing updates, and education session documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver best-in-class client solutions

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of overall work experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management with a deep understanding of the online advertising industry
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Direct experience at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform
  • Experience with ad serving technology and a comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace
  • Experience managing online media products/technologies (e.g., creative trafficking, campaign management, ad serving)
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker and team player who hits the ground running
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, competing priorities, and tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfort engaging all levels of management, including senior executives
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do approach
  • Passion for playing a key role in a growing advertising technology business
