Overview
Our client, a rapidly scaling consumer digital platform, is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented growth leader to own audience acquisition and distribution. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, automation, and AI-enabled workflows — building scalable acquisition systems across paid, organic, and partnership channels while continuously improving efficiency through experimentation and tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition strategy across major social and mobile channels, including budget allocation, performance optimization, and testing frameworks for creative, messaging, and audience segmentation
- Build AI-assisted workflows for reporting, campaign analysis, and creative iteration; develop internal automations/tooling that improve marketing scalability
- Identify and develop partnerships, creator relationships, and nontraditional channels to expand top-of-funnel reach
- Own SEO and content-led growth across web and editorial surfaces, including discoverability in both traditional and AI-driven search environments
Ideal Background
- Experience in growth marketing, acquisition strategy, marketing operations, or AI-native environments
- Operator mentality with a focus on scalable systems over one-off execution
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows
- Comfortable spanning paid acquisition, SEO, partnerships, and content strategy
- Entrepreneurial, iteration-driven mindset
