In the midst of rapid growth and demanding hiring needs, Jun Group needed to hire a Director of Client Services who could recruit and manage a mid-sized team from day one. This individual had to be cross-functionally minded, collaborate and have prior experiences acting as a mentor to a team of young professionals.
