We found them a solution seller with 20-plus years as a FinTech sales and marketing leader, selling EDM platforms, risk tech, OEMs, portfolio construction, and optimization systems. They were, at the time, selling a diverse set of technologies into the Global Financial Institutions and had an expansive network on the buy side.

 

They had been at one financial services firm for 11 years leading multiple sales teams. They were in a player/coach role generating the highest revenue firm-wide as an individual contributor, four times more than the next leading individual at his previous employer, effectively communicating and building strong rapport with prospective buyers during the firm’s acquisition. They had a consultative/solution selling approach whilst working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and marketing teams to facilitate the successful sale. They also led a region build as sales leader for a UK company.
