PROBLEM:

With the aspirations of bringing programmatic solutions to brands across the country, Clearstream TV knew they needed to build a robust team of “player coach” and individual performance sellers.

These sellers needed precise knowledge of the digital media landscape, a proficiency in programmatic advertising, and a pinpoint focused network of CPG, Auto, and Retail contacts they could call on.

AC LION DELIVERED:

AC Lion worked alongside the RVP Sales team to identify and establish the requirements needed to find the ideal candidate.

Utilizing our extensive network of sellers across the nation, we were able to create finely tuned pipelines of qualified candidates within the first week of beginning the search.

Over the course of three months, Clearstream interviewed over 55% of the candidates that we submitted for review. Within the first month, AC Lion placed Clearstream’s first Regional Sales Director in the Northwest territory.
