Our client is seeking an accomplished Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager to take ownership of high-impact strategies that drive customer growth and engagement across a portfolio of digital marketplaces. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the full marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—while championing a customer-first approach.
You’ll play a critical role in developing and executing data-driven lifecycle marketing initiatives, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional experiences that resonate with customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Lifecycle Marketing and Growth Strategy: Design, execute, and refine multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies to attract new customers, drive revenue growth, and boost customer lifetime value.
- Test & Optimize: Implement frameworks to test innovative approaches to messaging, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing programs, leveraging data and insights to improve outcomes continuously.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align on goals and execute high-performing campaigns across digital channels such as: email, web and in app, social media, and content platforms.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deepen the understanding of customer behavior and market trends to shape targeting, segmentation, and messaging strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, manage forecasts and ROI, and develop reports that highlight actionable insights.
- Own Your Impact: Act as the business owner for your marketing initiatives, ensuring that strategies align with key performance indicators and deliver measurable growth.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 5+ years in lifecycle and growth marketing, with a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention across diverse channels. Experience in a two-sided marketplace is a plus.
- Channel Expertise: Proficiency with marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar platforms to design tailored strategies for customer cohorts.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets to uncover insights and improve funnel performance. Familiarity with A/B testing and growth experiments is essential.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for influencing stakeholders and articulating clear, compelling strategies.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who can manage competing priorities while achieving ambitious targets.

Comp: $100k - $140k base + equity
