Responsibilities
Analyzing Digital Product Marketing:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of in-house digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to fine-tune in-house marketing strategies for attracting and retaining users.
Visualizing Data:
- Design visually captivating data visualizations and reports to convey discoveries to stakeholders, guiding decisions informed by data.
Understanding User Experience and Product Feedback:
- Dive deep into data analysis to uncover insights about user behavior, engagement with products, and the impact of digital marketing efforts.
- Share insights and suggestions to enhance product features and boost user engagement.
- Craft detailed reports and dynamic dashboards offering practical insights to steer both product and marketing strategies.
Collaboration Across Functions:
- Establish strong ties with product, marketing, and IT teams to harmonize data analytics with overarching business goals.
- Team up with data engineers to safeguard the integrity and accessibility of data.
Tracking Product Performance:
- Keep a close eye on how digital platform products are performing, identifying user trends, and keeping tabs on product adoption.
- Spot opportunities for refining and improving products.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of hands-on involvement in analytics for product marketing and digital products, with an added advantage if it includes mobile app experience.
- A track record of using data visualization tools like Pickaxe, Tableau, Looker, and BigQuery.
- In-depth comprehension of online media, digital platforms, and the intricacies of digital marketing strategies.
- Possesses knowledge of conducting consumer insights surveys to delve into user preferences and behaviors, offering a valuable additional skill set.
- Proficient in utilizing a range of data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, GA4, Segment, and Appsflyer.
- Demonstrates outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
