HR Director

Remote uS

Our client is a programmatic media buying and audience intelligence platform with patent-pending technology. They are seeking an HR Director who can strategically align HR initiatives with organizational goals while driving impactful changes in company culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in guiding the HR team, managing compensation and benefits, and leveraging data analytics to inform decisions.

 

Responsibilities:

•        Formulate and execute the overarching HR strategy in alignment with the organization's business aims and objectives.

•        Partner with senior leadership to weave HR strategies into the company’s broader strategic framework.

•        Direct and guide the HR team, focusing on elevating performance and fostering professional growth.

•        Craft and propel organizational development programs to bolster company culture, boost employee involvement, and facilitate change management.

•        Create, assess, and revise HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and industry best practices.

•        Establish and oversee succession planning and leadership growth initiatives.

•        Manage the creation and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits structures.

•        Leverage HR data and analytics to guide strategic decisions and evaluate HR program efficacy.

•        Compile and deliver reports on HR outcomes, trends, and key performance indicators to upper management.

•        Administer the HR department’s budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

•        Track HR-related spending and introduce cost-reduction strategies when feasible.

•        Prepare the organization for possible HR-related crises with appropriate contingency planning.

Requirements:

•        Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR.

•        A bachelor's qualification in fields such as human resources, business management, or a comparable area is required.

•        Proven track record of integrating HR strategies with business goals.

•        Specialized knowledge in hiring processes, succession planning, and employee growth.

•        Comprehensive background in strategic HR oversight, organizational advancement, and employee relations.

•        Competent in utilizing HR metrics and data analytics for informed decision-making.

•        Superior skills in both verbal and written communication.

•        Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.

•        Strategic thinker with a knack for executing long-term HR strategies.

•        Strong interpersonal abilities, with expertise in influencing and collaborating with others.
