Role: Vice President of Marketing

The VP of Marketing will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy. This position is responsible for developing and overseeing brand and digital strategies that drive customer / advertiser growth and enhance engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, with the ability to guide both high-level planning and detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand, messaging and growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive new market strategies with strong sales and marketing support.
- Partner with sales teams to commercialize new advertising products and develop execution plans.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to add value across functions.
- Use analytics to measure and optimize customer acquisition campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve user experience and conversion rates through funnel optimization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
- Stay updated on marketing technologies and trends to enhance strategies.
- Experiment with new approaches to attract and engage customers.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
- Over 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on brand strategy or digital marketing.
- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, with a solid background in analytics.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven leadership experience, including building and guiding high-performing teams.
- Experience working in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting, preferably within digital media, or publishing sectors.
