The Role: Senior Business Development
Compensation: 175-200K base + bonus + Equity
Location: U.S. based, remote Washington DC would be ideal
Level: Senior, executive
- Build and scale the U.S. commercial operation
- Own revenue growth across brands, sponsorships, and campaigns
- Close deals with U.S. companies and key opinion leaders
- Secure and manage exclusive influencer partnerships
- Oversee campaigns end to end, from strategy through performance
- Help establish foundational sales and operating processes
- Report directly to the CEO
Ideal Background
- Deep understanding of X and its ecosystem
- Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or agency environments
- Background at X, influencer agencies, PR firms, or specialized media or political shops
- Proven ability to monetize attention and scale campaigns
- Strong relationship building skills with creators and brands
- Comfortable operating hands-on in a growth stage environment
