Role: Strategic Business Development Executive

Location: Remote SF Bay Area

By combining cutting-edge machine learning, artificial intelligence technologies, and the expertise of a global network of professionals, they enable organizations to unlock the full potential of digital transformation.

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven business development professional to join their team in a strategic sales capacity. This role focuses on acquiring high-value enterprise clients, with an emphasis on emerging areas such as large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and secure new enterprise-level clients, particularly those with the potential for 7-figure partnerships.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging insights into AI advancements such as LLMs, generative AI, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
  • Partner with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, driving substantial revenue growth.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of AI and data trends, enabling you to uncover opportunities and position tailored solutions that address client challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, pre-sales, and engineering teams to create customized proposals and presentations that highlight business value.
  • Foster lasting client relationships, emphasizing long-term strategic partnerships and mutual success.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong record of closing complex, high-value deals in the AI, ML, or data solutions sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in LLMs, generative AI, fine-tuning, and RLHF, with the ability to communicate these technologies' business impact effectively.
  • Skilled in prospecting, value-based selling, and complex negotiations, with a proactive, hunter mentality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education in AI, ML, or related fields is a plus.
