Account Executive/Sales Director (digital/programmatic)

Responsibilities
- Source and develop new relationships with mid-size independent digital media agencies and brands direct
- Work collaboratively with client services to grow accounts
- Communicate product value offering through in person meetings and presentations
- Identify strategic up-selling opportunities
- Meet or exceed quarterly goals
- Prospect new business and grow existing accounts
- Lead full sales process from sourcing to close
Requirements
- Must have between 3- 7 years of digital media advertising sales experience
- Must of 3+ years of sales experience targeting multi-cultural demographic
- Last 3+ years focussed on US Agencies and US Accounts
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Naturally curious and problem solver
- Superior written and communication skills
- Creative thinker
- Demonstrated history of hitting/exceeding sales goals YOY
