Our client, a rapidly growing lifestyle publication for the adventurous, is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join their team. Covering everything you need to know right now about food and drink, travel, style, health, tech, culture, and outdoor adventures - our client provides a platform for its users to always be in the know on how to live & where to go.

We're looking for a dynamic and assertive Account Executive with strong existing relationships to grow business, create new advertising partnerships, and develop first-to-market experiences for new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven motivation, and a focus on achieving results. Additionally, they should have a proven record of successfully securing deals ranging from six to seven figures.

Responsibilities:

•        Drive revenue growth and new business opportunities for the company with top tier premium brands in Tourism & Automotive.

•        Uncover and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing accounts while exploring new markets.

•        Collaborate with the Vice President to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at surpassing revenue and budget objectives.

•        Foster close collaboration with the Creative, Content, and Product teams to consistently elevate the value of our client offerings; actively contribute to tailored content strategies that set us apart in the market.

•        Team up with the Audience and Creative departments to furnish partners with valuable insights and comprehensive reports.

•        Maintain regular updates on the sales pipeline and forecasts for leadership evaluation.

Qualifications:

•        5+ years of successful digital media sales experience

•        Highly motivated and proactive seller with an entrepreneurial mindset

•        Proficient in all modern advertising dialects, focusing on content, email, event marketing, data, and PMP

•        Experience selling to luxury brands.

•        Well-established relationships with decision-makers in both client and agency circles

•        Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

•        Skilled in leading negotiations to secure market share

•        Consistently surpassed organizational revenue targets in the past

•        Proven experience in strategic planning

•        Keen awareness of industry and market trends, evolving technology, and the ability to identify unique opportunities

•        Enthusiasm for shaping the future of digital media and advertising

•        Capable of balancing individual accountability with a collaborative approach to achieving company objectives

Comp: $150-$170k base/year
