Job Title: Senior CRM Manager

Our client is a leading DTC e-commerce brand offering subscription services. They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior CRM Manager to join their team and lead their digital marketing efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will also work closely with the Director of CRM to oversee the company's email marketing program and manage a team of CRM specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge CRM strategies to achieve customer growth and retention goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of CRM to lead and manage the company's email marketing program.
- Work with a team of CRM specialists to create and execute targeted email, SMS, and app push campaigns.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline CRM processes and improve customer experiences.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional collaborators within the CRM department.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior CRM role, preferably in a DTC e-commerce or subscription-based business.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful CRM strategies.
- Expertise in email marketing, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Experience with using enterprise-level ESPs.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (JIRA experience is a plus).
Comp: $125-130k/year
