Role: Sr. Account Manager

Comp: $90-120k
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the client relationships, revenue goals and expansion.
Description & Responsibilities:
● Manage the client relationship and be responsible for expanding the relationship up and across the organization and discovering new opportunities
● Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
● Maintain ongoing renewals and existing client sales pipeline and track sales based on goals set
● Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
● Work collaboratively with internal teams including analytics, creative, production, and strategy to ensure the successful delivery of projects and campaigns
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner
● Lead client meetings and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations
● Mentor and manage account executives and traffickers, providing guidance and support to help them upskill in their roles
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
● Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, with experience working across email, SMS/push, and social marketing
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members
● Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
