With exceptional engagement rates and a fiercely loyal readership, this fast-growing media brand is expanding its high-performing sales team to support continued growth and new opportunities in the digital advertising space.
What you’ll do:
· Take ownership of a defined portfolio of high-value prospects, crafting tailored strategies to secure new partnerships and grow existing ones — with a focus on Fortune 500 brands and digital agency partners.
· Drive end-to-end deal execution, managing multifaceted conversations and closing high-stakes agreements with senior stakeholders.
· Build and execute creative outreach plans that open doors, generate interest, and move leads through the pipeline.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to improve how we sell — whether that’s testing new messaging, refining playbooks, or helping shape internal tools and workflows.
· Report into the VP of Sales
· Meet and exceed quarterly quotas
· Provide in person presentations and lunch and learns with prospective clients
What you bring:
· 3+ years digital media sales experience b2b or b2c selling media ad inventory within digital publishing, branded content or email newsletters
· Thrive in a start-up environment
· Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quotas
· Existing relationships with Fortune 500 brands and agencies
· Exceptional presentation, verbal and writing skills
· Top ranking performer at your current job
· Currently employed
· Comfortable doing your own prospecting and not relying on a BDR team
