Learn more at www.lily.ai. Overview: Lily AI is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive demand for our Product Content Optimization platform. Reporting to the CMO, this role offers direct exposure to Sales and Executive leadership and is critical to scaling our market presence. As a core member of the Marketing team, you will be the product evangelist responsible for developing and executing our core product strategy. Success in this role requires a strong orientation toward win-win collaboration with Sales, Product, and Executive teams, along with exceptional attention to detail and high-quality output. Responsibilities Market & Competitive Intelligence ● Audience Expertise: Be the expert on our buyers, including who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria; articulate the "what, so what, now what" behind their needs, and help craft the product-related content roadmap. ● Master the Competition: Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, including their positioning, key messaging, product launches, and new developments. ● Drive Actionable Insights: Monitor market trends and landscape shifts; advise Sales and leadership on the impact and recommended actions for Lily AI. Positioning, Messaging & Content ● Develop Messaging: Own end-to-end product narrative; create clear, distinct, and compelling messaging for each product & use case, articulating “why change, why now, why us.” ● Ensure Messaging Consistency: Train cross-functional teams on approved messaging for consistent adoption. ● Author Sales Enablement: Write high impact product content and selling collateral, including case studies, battle cards, feature sheets, sales decks, video/demo scripts, etc. ● Support Demand Generation: Provide messaging for web content, lead generation programs, and develop compelling content that drives feature adoption. Product Go-to-Market (GTM) ● Own Launches: Plan & execute product launches and releases of product improvements. ● Strategy & Planning: Develop GTM plans, including key activities and budgets, to support customer acquisition, retention, and upsell/expansion. ● Sales Enablement & Training: Act as the product thought leader; conduct internal and external training (direct and partner sellers) on the problems we solve for buyers. ● Analyst Relations: Support and/or deliver analyst briefings (e.g. Gartner, Forrester). What we consider critical for this role: ● 5+ years’ B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience ● A portfolio of past product marketing work to demonstrate writing & communication skills ● Examples of metrics that show success in creating demand through the implementation of product marketing capabilities, collateral, and programs ● In-depth, hands-on experience with all core product/solution marketing functions: positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, GTM planning, sales enablement, marketing research, competitive intel and product launch ● Experience with developing a compelling story that clearly articulates a unique value proposition and how it differentiates from competition ● Ability to be self-directed, organized and accountable for one’s work product ● Familiarity with Google suite of products
