We are seeking a Paid Media Marketing Manager who specializes in paid search, paid social and ABM, to join the Demand Generation Marketing team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid media campaign strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Display, and emerging platforms.
- Manage marketing initiatives to attract qualified leads and drive online traffic through paid search, social ads, display ads, retargeting ads, and more.
- Collaborate with web, design, and content teams to create engaging landing pages and ad content, including image and video ads.
- Increase web traffic to generate new leads while nurturing existing leads towards conversion.
- Analyze and report on ad performance metrics to identify trends, initiate experiments, and derive insights.
- Implement advanced advertising strategies such as audience segmentation, keyword selection, bidding tactics, and geo-targeting.
- Work closely with MarTech teams to effectively integrate and track campaigns and ROI.
- Use insights from campaign performance to guide the activation of new ad channels and campaigns.
- Assist in crafting and optimizing landing pages for demand generation on WordPress.
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure the quality of ad campaigns on a daily basis.
- Support ad campaign planning, budgeting, forecasting, and achieving lead generation objectives alongside the Marketing team.
- Generate comprehensive reports, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 3 - 7 years of digital marketing experience in B2B paid media.
- Day to day hands-on experience with PPC, paid social, display, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong grasp of B2B demand generation and performance marketing principles.
- Highly analytical with expertise in Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Proven ability to target ideal customer profiles and drive MQLs, SQLs, and booked meetings.
- Experience in audience targeting, remarketing, and tracking.
- Skilled in landing page creation, ad copywriting, and conversion optimization.
- Self-starter capable of independently optimizing campaigns.
- Strong research skills to analyze offerings and customer profiles for campaign development.
- Familiarity with CRMs and MAPs, especially Pardot and Salesforce.
