B2C Lead Gen Marketing Manager - this is NOT a b2b demand gen role
Location: Remote in the US, ideally east coast
Overview:
Our client is a digital media company specializing in healthcare/pharma seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive traffic and b2c leads for pharma clients through programmatic and paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2C programmatic and paid media, lead generation strategies to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Create, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on websites and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Manage traffic sources to maximize both profit margins and campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize the lead funnel by creating and editing questions for users, page layout, creatives, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a B2C Lead Generation Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably with experience in programmatic advertising
- Experience with CPL campaigns
Targeted Compensation: $120k-$150k base
