Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of Sales Managers, SDRs, and Sales Representatives

• Develop and execute comprehensive inbound sales strategies globally

• Collaborate with senior leadership across departments

• Cultivate relationships with key global clients

• Spearhead upmarket expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience

• 5+ years managing both individual contributors and Sales Managers

• Proven track record in startup environments

• Experience scaling sales operations from scratch

• Strong history of marketing collaboration

• Strategic acumen with global perspective

Location: New York City (hybrid work model, 2 days in office)

Compensation: $180k - $250k base
