Senior Sales Executive

Location: New York - Hybrid

Serving some of the most prominent consumer brands, the company has developed the capacity to reach nearly every household in the U.S.

This role involves managing the entire sales process—from initiating strategic outreach to navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deal closures. Success is measured by surpassing targets, not just meeting them. Ideal candidates are driven by continuous improvement, skilled at turning analytical insights into client impact, and energized by in-person engagement.

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in driving new revenue through full-cycle sales roles with individual targets
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising technology concepts, including data identity frameworks, performance measurement, and automated media buying, with a focus on revenue outcomes
  • Track record of exceeding performance targets, with recognition among top performers in previous roles
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals in the mid-six-figure annual contract value range
  • Highly driven, receptive to feedback, and takes full ownership of outcomes—motivated to go above and beyond, pursue ambitious goals, and contribute to collective success
  • Open to frequent travel (approximately 30%–50%) for customer engagements and participation in industry events

Compensation range: $140-$160K salary plus commission
