Our client is a leading player in the AdTech industry, dedicated to delivering innovative advertising solutions to large fortune 500 clients. They have been helping brands and agencies successfully advertise on social media since 2010 by using AI and proven best practices to place video ads on social media platforms. To support their continued success, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager of Advertising Analytics.

 

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team, with a strong focus on expanding our managed service platform's offerings. We require someone who can demonstrate a proven track record of crafting innovative products and feature sets, specifically within the realm of dashboards, reporting tools, and other capabilities essential for executing and evaluating campaigns. Ideally, candidates will have experience in the DSP or SSP sectors, showcasing their deep expertise in creating both internal and external tools. As part of our organization, you will report directly to the Director of Product Management and will be instrumental in defining our product strategy, technical direction, and product development.

 

 

Responsibilities:

·      Product Development: Define, develop, and enhance new and existing products and feature sets within our managed service ad-tech platform.

·      ROI Tracking: Monitor the return on investment (ROI) for product releases, ensuring they align with expected outcomes and contribute to our platform's growth.

·      User Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback to shape product requirements and refine features, keeping our offerings in tune with user needs and preferences.

·      Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior management to create comprehensive product plans and roadmaps that align with our business objectives and market demands.

·      Timely Product Launches: Oversee product launch schedules to ensure timely and accurate releases, maintaining high-quality standards.

·      Prototype Enhancement: Identify and address weaknesses in prototypes before their release, ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations.

 

Requirements:

•        Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on advertising technology.

•        Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the advertising technology industry, with a strong background in DSP (Demand-Side Platform) and SSP (Supply-Side Platform) technologies.

•        Proficiency in agile product management methodologies, with a proven track record of successful project execution.

•        Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote work environment, adept at managing collaboration across multiple time zones in the United States and internationally.

•        Proven experience in translating customer demands and requirements into actionable engineering tasks and priorities.

•        In-depth knowledge of advertising analytics, with a strong capability in data interpretation and data management within the ad tech ecosystem.

•        Familiarity with technical architectures, databases, and APIs commonly used in the advertising technology landscape.

•        Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and precision of all tasks and deliverables.

•        Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create comprehensive product-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
