Director of Global HR
Remote (U.S.) | $170,000–$175,000 Base
AC Lion is partnering with a global consulting organization to hire a Director of Global HR. This executive-level role reports directly to the CEO and will build and scale the People function to support continued global growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder — someone who can design strategy and execute operationally.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a people strategy aligned to business growth
- Build and operationalize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance, learning)
- Create scalable processes across onboarding, performance, compensation, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance across multiple geographies
- Develop leadership enablement and performance frameworks
- Leverage people data to drive decisions
- Manage and elevate the global HR/People Ops team
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience (tech, consulting, or professional services preferred)
- Experience in global software consulting or outsourcing environments
- Strong HR operations and compliance background
- Proven ability to build and automate scalable HR processes
- HR tech fluency and data-driven mindset
- Experience managing HR team members
