They are seeking their next Digital Strategy Director to be the driving force behind collaborative efforts with client success, digital activation, and business development teams. Your mission? Cultivating strong ties with key clients and agency teams, delving deep into their internal workings, priorities, and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out client and revenue prospects within existing agency partnerships
  • Advocate for the company's digital solutions to support business development in acquiring new clients
  • Monitor and prioritize opportunities in the pipeline on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor solutions, striving to gain market share for our offerings
  • Collaborate with Client Strategy teams to uncover expansion opportunities and new vertical prospects
  • Cultivate relationships with advertisers and agencies at all levels to influence buying decisions
  • Execute impactful client meetings and take primary responsibility for servicing and growing a client portfolio
  • Understand client strategy and objectives for key accounts while becoming an expert in the company's capabilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Digital OOH and the company's digital solutions
  • Present externally to educate and inspire agency and client partners on digital OOH use cases and best practices
  • Collaborate with client teams to assess RFPs and develop strategic campaign recommendations
  • Work closely with programmatic operations to create and sell tailored campaign proposals
  • Respond promptly to client communications and requests, presenting post-campaign results with recommendations for improvement
  • Proactively brainstorm reengagement opportunities and prioritize tasks focusing on client deliverables
  • Manage cross-team communication and collaboration, collecting client feedback on products and workflows
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in the company's digital solutions offerings and relay client feedback to the product team for consideration in product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in articulating the company's products to clients at various levels of expertise
  • Quick learner with a strategic mindset, independent, and adept at problem-solving
  • Confident in asking questions and seeking details when faced with unknowns
  • Familiar with ad tech, including programmatic buying and attribution
  • Knowledgeable about location and audience data collection, usage, user identifiers, etc.
  • Well-versed in cross-channel media planning and the broader advertising landscape
  • Previous experience handling high-profile brands and advertisers
  • Possesses a strategic, creative, and analytical thinking approach
  • Collaborative team player with strong cross-discipline communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and effective time management
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
