Role Overview:
PGAM Media is looking for a Digital Media Sales Executive to drive agency relationships and grow managed and programmatic spend across our media offerings.
This role is focused on selling into media agencies - planning, activation, and performance teams - with an emphasis on digital video, CTV, and performance-driven buys.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage relationships with media agencies (buyers, planners, and strategists)
· Pitch PGAM’s digital offerings across:
o CTV
o Online video
o Mobile and display
· Identify new agency opportunities and grow existing accounts
· Work closely with internal ops and analytics teams to:
o Launch campaigns
o Optimize performance
o Expand budgets over time
· Own the full sales cycle:
o Prospecting
o Pitching
o Deal negotiation
o Ongoing account growth
o Provide market feedback to leadership on pricing, demand trends, and agency needs
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 2–5+ years experience selling digital media to ad agencies
· Strong understanding of:
· Programmatic media
· CTV and online video
· CPM-based buying models
· Existing agency relationships are a strong plus
· Comfortable selling both:
· IO-based deals
· Programmatic / managed service campaigns
· Self-starter who can operate in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
