Duties & Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy: Lead and deploy new applications, Data and BI Strategy; scale offshore teams.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor 50+ global developers; ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align initiatives with business needs and set measurable goals.
- Technical Leadership: Provide senior-level architectural and technical guidance.
- Software Development: Oversee the development lifecycle, using dashboards and reports.
- Offshore Expansion: Drive seamless integration and collaboration of offshore teams.
- Solution Development: Work with analysts and stakeholders on business-aligned technology solutions.
- Product Support: Oversee pre-sales and post-sales technology support.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, focusing on application development and global team management.
- Proven success in leading and scaling offshore development efforts.
- Strong expertise in product development and technology implementation.
