ROLE: Associate, Programmatic Digital Campaign Operations

Our client has been on a mission to revolutionize the global Out of Home (OOH) advertising industry by providing unparalleled guidance and services to their valued clientele.
They are seeking their next Associate, Programmatic Digital Campaign Operations to join within their fast-growing Digital Solutions team. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytical mind, is extremely organized, pays attention to the little details, and is excited to keep learning and adding value to their rapidly expanding team. The Associate, Programmatic Digital Campaign Operations, will be an expert in the company’s products and solutions and take responsibility for all aspects of the end-to-end process of creating, delivering, optimizing, and reporting on client projects.
Responsibilities:
· Gain a deep understanding of the company's exclusive technology stack, the company's DMP, along with data, tech, and measurement partnerships.
· Collaborate with inventory and SSP partners to craft strategic programmatic media plan proposals for our internal teams and clients.
· Construct and implement programmatic campaigns using the company's DSP.
· Keep a close eye on campaign performance, analyzing programmatic campaigns to ensure timely and efficient delivery to clients.
· Resolve any campaign delivery issues by working with SSP, inventory partners, and the product team as necessary.
· Generate and provide regular campaign reports, both standard and custom, as required.
· Assist digital solutions Directors by handling email communications with account teams, pulling delivery reports, creating proposal slides, and coordinating with partners.
· Maintain the accuracy and up-to-date status of internal processes and project trackers.
Qualifications:
· Media and programmatic tools and technology expertise (DSPs, SSPs, etc.)
· Familiarity with the media agency industry
· Knowledge of out-of-home and digital advertising channels
· Proven track record in a dynamic, client-centric setting
· Self-motivated and enthusiastic
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
· Exceptional organization, self-motivation, and proactiveness
Comp: $75-90k base
