Account Executive - SaaS Sales

Remote US

Seeking a driven Account Executives to build awareness, generate new business opportunities, and close deals within their designated region with retail brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with large and mid-size retail and e-commerce brands to educate them on our innovative solutions, demonstrating our value and relevance in the digital retail landscape.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, including their strategic goals, challenges, opportunities, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Create and execute sales strategies that align our offerings with customer needs and key business objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to facilitate deal closure and provide input for future product development.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable pricing and contract terms with enterprise-level clients.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the retail sector landscape.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Drive business through lunch and learns in person presentations and virtual
  • Prospect new business

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-7 years of experience in a sales role focused on retail accounts within Adtech and Martech SaaS products for mid-market and commercial
  • Strong client direct relationships with retail brands both commercial and mid-market
  • Experience working in a fast-growing tech environment
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in high volume sales
  • A clear, repeatable sales process for prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Strong ability to influence customer thinking on solving complex business challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology.
  • Background in AI/ML or e-commerce solutions.
  • Experience with proof-of-value or pilot-based sales processes.

Comp: 120-150k base x2 OTE
