VP, CTV & Suitability – Product Management
Location: United States (Preferred: New York)
Compensation: $200,000–$275,000 base + 20–25% bonus
A fast-growing, award-winning technology company in the digital video and advertising ecosystem is seeking a VP of Product – CTV & Suitability to lead one of its most strategic product lines. This company builds intelligent video solutions that enable brands and agencies to reach the right audiences, in the right environments, across YouTube, CTV, and emerging video platforms.
In this role, you'll own the full product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CTV and suitability offerings—shaping the next generation of contextual intelligence, brand safety, and performance technology. If you’re a hands-on product builder who thrives at the intersection of AI/ML, video, and scaled ad delivery, this is an opportunity to lead a high-impact portfolio at a company that moves fast, values innovation, and operates with global reach.
What You’ll Do
Own & Scale the CTV + Suitability Product Portfolio
- Lead the entire product lifecycle—from strategy and discovery to launch, optimization, and long-term evolution.
- Build a multi-quarter roadmap that differentiates the company’s CTV offering in a rapidly changing marketplace.
- Partner directly with Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams to deliver high-performing, scalable products.
Drive Product Strategy & Market Differentiation
- Translate business goals—GTM growth, margin expansion, customer outcomes—into actionable product initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts in CTV/OTT, suitability frameworks, contextual intelligence, measurement, AI/ML, and automation.
- Develop solutions that enhance suitability accuracy, contextual classification, targeting, and cross-platform performance.
Execute with Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead development of capabilities including contextual targeting, classification systems, suitability scoring, and measurement integrations.
- Ensure interoperability across major video platforms, including CTV and large-scale social video ecosystems.
- Support GTM teams with product packaging, enablement, and commercialization strategy.
Engage With Clients & Industry Leaders
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for brands, agencies, and industry organizations as CTV suitability continues to evolve.
- Collaborate with measurement firms and standards bodies to influence best practices and emerging frameworks.
Lead & Mentor Product Talent
- Manage and develop product managers contributing to CTV and suitability initiatives.
- Establish product processes, prioritization frameworks, KPIs, and operational rigor.
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in CTV/OTT, ad tech, contextual intelligence, suitability/brand safety, or AI/ML-driven media products.
- Successful track record delivering video-focused or cross-platform products in partnership with engineering and data science.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link product decisions to revenue, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to executives, clients, and industry partners.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environment with global stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and company offsites.
