For the past six years, he has focused solely on the capital markets recruiting arena, earning the trust of major banking and securities companies. Ted began his career on the floor of the NYSE and then helped Financial Services clients capitalize on the emerging ecommerce marketplace. His particular background is in Institutional Sales, Trading and Research.

AC Lion Managing Partner, Mike Adler, came from the financial arena. Before he joined AC Lion, he amassed over 12 years of investment banking, venture capital and sales experience. Mike specialized in the Entertainment, Media and Technology sectors assisting both Fortune 500 clients and small to mid sized companies in raising capital for a variety of M&A and Corporate Finance Transactions. Mike worked on over 40 banking deals, raising in excess of $18 Billion in capital.
