Sales Recruiter

Job Description

AC Lion is in the middle of a major staffing expansion for 2011. We are looking for seasoned recruiters, experienced in managing a full desk with an understanding and knowledge of not just the staffing and recruiting industry, but also their target verticals. As we specialize in digital media sales recruiting, sales people with at least two years digital media or complex business-to-business sales experience are also strong candidates. We have a proven track record in making highly successful recruiters out of strong sales people.

In business since 1996, we do contingency and retained executive search. The bulk of our business is in the digital media vertical (publishers, networks, exchanges, mobile, video, etc) on the coasts. Our clients range from Fortune 500 to well-funded start-ups. We’re headquartered in Manhattan, added an LA presence in 2008 and are now expanding into the Bay Area. We're looking for people to come and help us kick it up a notch in both NYC and the Bay Area.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for AC Lion Strong relationship and networking skills within the digital media market.
  • Identifying and enlarging our candidate pool, using networking, online research and social media. This includes developing an eye for identifying top talent.
  • Drive new business and upsell of existing accounts.
  • Work with Senior Leadership to develop effective global selling/account management strategies.
  • Navigate complex organizations and engage at many levels to influence key decision makers
  • Deepening your knowledge of the industry, so your expertise is evident to our candidates and clients.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years proven track record in recruiting, agency preferred or 2 years of complex business-to-business sales experience
  • Track record of quota attainment.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business issues and industry trends facing the staffing industry and/or target verticals.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude. Goal oriented, financially motivated, and efficient
  • Strong professional presence, with good communication skills.
  • College degree, MBA or similar degree a plus.
