Client Services & Operations Specialist
Job Description
Our client is an ad network optimization service for publishers. They are looking for a Client Services & Operations Specialist to help manage the companys rapidly growing client base. This is a great opportunity to join a company defining a new space in the online advertising industry.
Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day management of client accounts, including managing all of their network campaigns.
- Serving as clients primary contact, overseeing the resolution of all support requests.
- Troubleshooting and resolving client support issues, including improper display of ads and network data discrepancies.
- Training clients on our client’s tools, including reporting and client-facing User Interface.
- Providing regular client status reports to management.
- Gathering client product and service feedback and working into product and process improvement pipeline.
- Working with networks as necessary on troubleshooting issues and also on ways to improve efficiencies with regard to how we work together.
- Building and running custom queries and reports for clients as needed.
- Recommending and implementing policy and process improvements that will improve efficiency and enable better servicing of clients.
Qualifications
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying an issue clearly, especially when it comes to describing a technical issue.
- Prior client management experience, preferably with Web Publishers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze the components of an ad related problem and get to its root, as well as providing necessary suggestions for resolution.
- Technical capability: extensive experience with ad serving systems; proficiency with Excel; solid understanding of HTML and ad tag structure (iframe/jscript) are all required. SQL experience preferred. Need to be able to pick up new technologies quickly.
- Passion: desire to play a key role in driving this new business to success in the online advertising technology space.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of initiative taking proactive steps to get to resolution and driving improvements to business.
- Industry knowledge: deep understanding of online advertising space and the players within it.
